Robert Radmacher

Robert started RBE with his brother, Tom, right out of high school in the 1980s. From digging basements to taking on major heavy highway projects across the Midwest, the company has evolved significantly over the years. While heavy highway construction continues to be the focus for RBE, Robert has taken on ownership in various other companies that support the ability of RBE to effectively deliver top-quality finished projects. Both Howco Utilities and AA Quarry were established by Robert and Tom, and they have taken on partnership with Whistle-Redi Mix as well as Petroleum Equipment Inc (PEI). Robert also serves on the Board of Directors for the Community Bank of Pleasant Hill. If you don’t catch Robert at the office, he is probably in a deer stand, shed hunting, casting a line, or out on the golf course. Robert and his wife Leigh are active members of St. Bridget Catholic Church and enjoy spending time with their 3 children.
