Ryan Radmacher

Ryan is the oldest son of Vice President and Co-Owner, Tom Radmacher. In 2002, right after graduating high school, he began working for RBE as a laborer/operator. From there, he went on to wear many more hats — including foreman, superintendent and senior superintendent — before taking on the weighty responsibility of overseeing all field personnel and operations. Over the years, Ryan has worked hard to harness his potential and hone in on his ability to lead effectively, as well as cultivate strong and lasting relationships with the RBE team and everyone he does business with. He has worked on and managed many notable projects throughout his career, some of which include the Rogersville Freeway Project and I-435 South Loop Link. On the weekends, you can often find him at the Lake of the Ozarks with his wife, Katie, and their three boys.
