Scott Radmacher

Scott is the oldest son of President and Co-owner, Robert Radmacher. In 2010, after graduating high school, he began working for RBE as an operator. While he has experience carrying out a number of roles and responsibilities on a variety of RBE projects, his main focus as a senior superintendent is overseeing all major earthwork projects. Scott has continued to expand upon his capabilities and industry knowledge over the course of his career, and has made it a priority to build long-lasting relationships with those he does business with, as well as everyone at RBE. He has worked on many noteworthy projects during his career, a few of which include the Rogersville Freeway Project, Rock Island Trails and the I-435 South Loop Link. Scott is an avid outdoorsman, and can usually be found in a deer stand, duck blind, or spending time with his wife, Kelsey, and their dog, Chief.
