Opened to the public in May of 2026, just in time for the highly anticipated World Cup, this project was a significant addition for downtown Kansas City.
It serves as the first ever streetcar route to the Berkeley Riverfront — unlike other streetcar lines across the city, which were rebuilt on existing routes that were originally constructed in the late 1800’s.
